Stanislav Brusilov was born on January 6, 1976 in Moscow. From 1987 to 1994 he studied at the Moscow Academic Art Lyceum
Graduated from the Lyceum with a gold medal.
From 1994 to 2000 he studied at the Moscow State Academic Institute. V.I. Surikov at the faculty of painting in the studio of Professor Zabelin V.N.
During his studies at the institute, S. Brusilov was awarded the first prize in the drawing competition held by the State Academic Institute. V.I. Surikov. The artist’s drawings were included in the album “The best drawings of students of Moscow State Art Institute V. I. Surikov
In 1997, he completed an internship at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe, Germany. In 2000 he graduated from Moscow State Art Institute . V.I. Surikov with honors. For a series of dissertations “Russian North” was awarded the praise of the council.
From 2001 to 2006 he worked at the Russian Academy of Arts. Creative workshop of painting of academicians A.P. and S.P. Tkachev.
Since 2000, Stanislav Brusilov is a member of the Moscow Union of Artists.
In 2002 he was awarded a diploma of the Russian Union of Artists.
In 2005 he was awarded the medal of the Russian Union of Artists.
In 2006, the artist was awarded the Silver Medal of the Russian Academy of Arts for his contribution to the fine arts of Russia.
In 2008 he was awarded a diploma of the Cultural Heritage Fund.
In 2010, he received a letter of appreciation from V.V. Semikin, Deputy Director of the Directorate for the Maintenance of Buildings of the Council of the Federation.
In 2013, he was awarded a letter of thanks from the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for his contribution to the spiritual, moral and aesthetic education of the personnel of the Academy.
In 2013, he was elected a corresponding member of the Academy of Folk Art.
In 2013 he was awarded the Gold Medal “Talent and Calling” of the International Peacemaker Alliance
In 2015, he was awarded the Gratitude of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
In 2015 he was awarded the Gold Medal of the Russian Union of Artists.
Has a teaching experience of more than 20 years.
Stanislav Brusilov twice won a scholarship from the President of the Russian Federation and many awards at the All-Russian drawing and painting competitions.
The works of S. A. Brusilov are in the Samara Museum of Art, the Museum of the Moscow Union of Artists, the Lipetsk Regional Art Museum, the Kaluga Regional Art Museum, the collections of Citybank of Moscow and London, Bank of Hawaii, Academy of Medical Sciences, Sechenov Academy, Moscow Patriarchies, in the collection of Surgutneftegas, in the Moscow City Duma, in the Peace Museum of the International Alliance Peacekeeper, in the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in museums, galleries and private collections in Russia and more than twenty countries of the world.
The artist has more than 80 Russian and foreign exhibitions, 30 of which are personal. The artist’s works are published in the albums “Landscape. Russian painting. Big collection ”, “Portrait. Russian painting. The Big Collection ”, the album “1000 Russian Artists” of the publishing house “Bely Gorod”, the catalogs of exhibitions of the State Tretyakov Gallery and also in other albums, catalogs and publications.
